Warm. Natural. Elegant

The owners of this lovely garden in Leytonstone wanted something laid back and easy to maintain with multiple seating areas to take advantage of the sun as it moves through the space. The wall at the back of the garden was showing signs of movement and we decided the safest thing to do was to remove it which gave us the opportunity to replace it with this stunning reclaimed brick wall which ties in beautifully with the warmth of the clay pavers and the chunky oak pergola. The fences were in good condition so we painted them a soft sage green and clad the section nearest the house with larch to define the dining area. The plant palette is a dominated by ornamental grasses that will look good year round, with exuberant rudbeckia stealing the late summer show. Two stunning Rhys typhina multi-stem trees bring height and structure to the space.
