This family garden clocks in at just over 50m² which isn’t a lot when the client’s wishlist includes a lawn! The new layout includes a generous seating area with a corner sofa as well as dining and BBQ space in front of the new garden room. We also managed to squeeze in a mud-kitchen for the kids as well as that all-important lawn and plenty of, what the client calls, “secretly low maintenance” planting. The bold contrast between the bright orange chairs and purple perennials ensures this compact space still packs a punch.
